We are proud to launch a bold new direction in school governance — one that places people before paperwork, purpose before process.
Following a review of our governance structure, it was clear that there was still some overlap between the various governance structures, and a lack of clarity about different roles.
This new model of governance liberates school forum members from the weight of routine compliance, empowering them instead to focus on what truly matters: the ethos of the school, the well-being of students and staff, and the strength of community relationships.
We are shifting the conversation — from one of oversight to one of insight. From scrutiny to support. From managing risk to building trust.
This is not about doing less; it is about using local representatives to build connection and ensure schools are anchors of their community.
We hope this website begins to explain the roles of our new School Forums.
